Energy Wellness Services LLC (“EWS”) aims to provide high quality energy wellness education, energy wellness mentoring and distance energy work. Use of our services constitutes your understanding, agreement and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.

Energy Wellness services are not a substitute for professional healthcare that an individual may be receiving and while we have observed the benefits of Energy Wellness services we do not claim to diagnose or cure any condition of mind, body or spirit.

Qualifications - Sandy Kemp has a master’s degree in education. She specialized in working with K-12 students with disabilities and has master’s level training in behavioral assessment and interventions. Sandy uses her educational and mentoring expertise to assist clients in learning about their subtle energy systems and how to make progress in their level of energy wellness.

Subtle energy work is an unlicensed practice in the State of Iowa. Sandra “Sandy” Kemp holds a certification in Healing Touch, a subtle energy modality. She is a qualified Reiki Level 2 practitioner. Since 2014, Sandy Kemp has studied and applied a system called Essential Energy taught by Cyndi Dale. Sandy Kemp is currently a Teaching Assistant and student in the year-long Energy Healing Certification program with Cyndi Dale. Date of completion: October, 2023.

Referrals to Other Qualified Professionals - In any case where Sandy Kemp cannot help a client, she may refer a client to another qualified professional who can assist the client with any issues brought to his/her/their attention.

Information - All clients are requested to provide contact details, including cell phone number and email address in order to secure an appointment.

A brief intake is required when signing up for sessions through the scheduler. Additional information will be given verbally in the first or first few sessions, as appropriate.

All communicated information will be treated as confidential.

Appointments – All appointments require full payment when single sessions or series are purchased.

Rescheduling - For a single appointment, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice of non-attendance before the appointment. If 24 hours advance notice is not provided, the payment for the appointment is forfeited. To reschedule your appointment to a different date, please click the “Change/Cancel” button on the confirmation email. If desired, when 24-hour advance notice has been given, a full refund for the appointment will be issued through Square.

Code of Ethics

1. I am not a medical doctor, lawyer, or mental health specialist, and will not give any professional advice related to those fields.

2. All sessions will be held in the strictest of confidence, unless there is a threat of the client harming him/herself or another.

3. I will serve the best interest of my clients, conducting my professional services without causing or intending to cause harm.

4. I welcome all spiritual paths and backgrounds, regardless of culture, gender, race, or sexual preference.

5. My goal is to teach each client tools for self-empowerment, spiritual growth, and connectedness so that they can implement them in their own life. The client is responsible for incorporating the holistic and spiritual suggestions provided and for taking the steps to create the future they desire.

Limitation of Liability - Each adult is responsible for making decisions about their own health and wellbeing. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, cost, expense (including reasonable legal fees) or liability of any kind (whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise), arising out of or in any way connected with your registration for, receiving of, and/or inability to receive Energy Wellness services. This includes, without limitation, any compensatory, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, loss or denial of service, business interruption, claims of third parties or other losses of any kind or character, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses. We will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to the extent arising from your negligent acts or omissions, any pre-existing medical condition, your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your reliance on reviews and opinions about Energy Wellness services. You should make your own inquiries before deciding whether Energy Wellness services are suitable for you.

Indemnification for loss or damage - You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in any way related to your registration for, receiving of, or inability to receive, the Energy Wellness services, including any liability or expense incurred by you or any third parties through you. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) relating to your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Governing Law - These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Waiver, Informed Consent, and Covenant Not to Sue

I hereby acknowledge I have volunteered to participate in a paid or unpaid session, class, workshop, service or program, to include, but also may not be limited to, any and all services provided, such as energy work, education, educational consultation, mentoring, intuitive guidance, classes and workshop attendance. In consideration of Energy Wellness Services LLC’s agreement to instruct, assist, advise, or train me, I do here and forever release and discharge and hereby hold EWS and Sandy Kemp harmless and its respective agents, heirs, assigns, contractors, and employees from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, present or future, arising out of or connected with my participation in a session or purchase or any program WITHOUT LIMITATION, WHICH MAY OCCUR AS A RESULT OF following advice tendered and released or training rendered or use of facilities.

I recognize that in no way does EWS provide legal, medical, or therapeutic advice and it is my responsibility to secure such advice. I acknowledge and agree that I assume the risks associated with any and all activities, offerings, services, classes and/or programs in which I participate.

I acknowledge and agree that no warranties or representations have been made to me regarding the results I will achieve from any insight, guidance or program. I understand that results are individual and may vary. I acknowledge that a copy of this signed release is as legal and binding as the original signed copy.

I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE THOROUGHLY READ THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I AM WAIVING ANY RIGHT I OR MY SUCCESSORS MIGHT HAVE TO BRING A LEGAL ACTION OR ASSERT A CLAIM AGAINST EWS OR SANDY KEMP.
