Connecting for Your Energy Wellness Healing Session

We will meet in my zoom room and I will admit you. You receive the zoom link in your confirming email.

OR:

We’ll have a telephone session (US & Canada only): At your appointment time, I will call you at the number you provide.

We remain connected on zoom or the phone throughout the session. Make sure your phone is charged so that it will last through the whole session without interruption.

The Session

Find a comfortable, quiet space in your home. In the first part of the session we’ll discuss the areas you would like to address. We’ll engage in what I call “energetic dialogue.” We may do direct learning of energetic skills, a meditation or “informational” energy work in this first part of the session to make energetic shifts.

After this you will lie down or recline to receive a vibrational energy work session. This work follows the initial part of the session and often will target identified areas and concerns.

In the last ten minutes of the session, you’ll have a chance if you like to share your experience and I’ll give you my impressions. I then normally make suggestions or offer homework to follow on from the session.

After the Session

I recommend clients drink extra water for several days following their session, within guidelines from a healthcare provider. Healing and energetic shifts will continue to occur, usually up to 10-14 days.

These 30 minute Zoom sessions are based on the energetics of words, language and sounds.

We’ll meet in my Zoom meeting room at the appointed time. Your link is in your confirmation email.

I suggest you prepare for your session in these ways:

Allow time before and after the session for quiet time.

Bring to the session up to five areas in your life in which you would like a shift.

Have paper and pen handy; however I’ll be taking notes as well and am able to send you your final Energetic Reality Statements by email after our visit.

After your session:

After the session, I recommend taking time to meditate on your statements. Read them aloud. Close your eyes after reading each one. Allow their energy and meaning to soak into your body, soul and spirit.

Watch and notice over the following three to ten to fourteen days subtle changes in perceptions and actions by you and others in your world.

Be open, humble, positive and aware as you move forward.
